We hereby would like to thank you for providing our family group of 9 with an unforgettable experience in Amsterdam and Frankfurt for the period 3 August 2023 to 13 August 2023.

Our journey with you started about January 2023 in which you were very patient in attending to our needs and requirements. You went over and beyond the call of duty, whereby you agreed to meet with the group via MS Teams monthly and guided us through the process. You were patient with the group until we eventually saved all our required air fare, and in that time continued to keep us updated on prices.

You performed miracles up until the last when we confirmed that we needed accommodation and you made this happen. This was the peak of Amsterdam festival, so accommodation was scarce, you however made this happen, and at the right price. Your attention to detail and passion to serve your clients are clearly visible.

Each step of travel from monthly meetings, WhatsApp communications, emails, telephone calls, visa application and collections, airline tickets, flight check ins and Hotel accommodation was handled in a professional and outstanding manner. We have no hesitation to recommend your travel company to anyone and would most definitely use Layyah’s Travel Company in the future again.
